I photographed Don Plott, owner of The Ice House in Chamblee, as he built a mid-1900s style table for an article for the Brookhaven Patch newspaper on Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Plott has been building and restoring retro styled furniture and appliances for 10 years. The former firefighter started out with one design and over the years has expanded to over 125. These are my favorite images.
