I photographed the red carpet for the 2011 Soul Train Awards outside of the Fox Theatre in Midtown, Atlanta for the Midtown Patch newspaper on Thursday, November 17, 2011. The red carpet featured superstars including Common, Doug E. Fresh, Kurtis Blow, Naughty By Nature, Cee Lo, Lloyd, Big Daddy Kane, Big Boi, Anthony Hamilton, the Original 7even, Malcolm-Jamal Warner and Amber Rose. These artists and others came to give tribute to Earth, Wind and Fire and Gladys Knight. These are some of my favorite images.
