Chamblee Living Nativity

I photographed the living nativity at Chamblee First United Methodist Church for the Brookhaven Patch newspaper on Sunday, December 18, 2011. Close to 50 parishioners dressed as angels, shepherds, wisemen and of course Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus performed a 25 minute re-enactment of the nativity. Around 150 people braved the chilly evening air to watch the performance which was followed by hot chocolate and snacks. These are some of my favorite images.
