We spent all day in Arches National Park on Friday, March 2, 2012. Our first stop was at the Three Gossips and then Balanced Rock followed by the North and South Windows as well as Turret Arch. Next we trekked up to Double Arch and the surrounding caverns. After Double, we took a tour of the northern section of the park stopping off to check out Fiery Furnace because we signed up for a guided hike through the labrynth of canyons and spires. We then headed for the three mile hike up to Delicate Arch followed with a shorter hike to Sand Dune Arch. We capped off our day by catching sunset at the Garden of Eden and then heading back to the Moab Brewery for dinner and drinks. Saturday we will hike the Fiery Furnace and then head toward Zion.
