Nice collection of photos. I really like those of the fly fisherman. Lower Pool East and Lower Pool West (across the foot bridge)are great trout fishing areas. Both parks are operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. If it were not for the cold water being released at the bottom of the dam, trout would not survive and it would be a warm water fishery instead. So I guess it is an artifical habitat. Most folks do not think of that.
