2012 Taste of Chamblee

Saturday, September 15, 2012

Fall has come to Atlanta and with the changing of the season the metro area celebrates with weekly festivals. It seems that there is at least one, if not multiple festivals each weekend starting at the end of August and running through the beginning of November. The Taste of Chamblee is one of these festivals. Hundreds of people came out to sample food from the 25 restaurants that participated in the all day affair. The streets in downtown Chamblee were closed as people perused the tents full of tasty morsels. Live music, children’s activities and other entertainment also created a nice environment for people to hang out and enjoy the beautiful day. I photographed the Taste of Chamblee for a Three of a Kind photo feature for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
