Each Saturday for 10 weeks young children from four years old all the way through eighth grade put on protective pads and helmets and learn the game of football. There are hundreds of youth leagues all over metro Atlanta that coach thousands of young players the sport. The Youth Football Alliance is one of these organizations. On Saturday, the Union City Eagles fought against the Sandtown White Vikings on the gridiron during a football game. I photographed the game for a Three of a Kind photo feature for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
