Friday morning I traveled over to Roswell to photograph a yoga class at the Plum Tree Yoga Studio for a Three of a Kind photo feature for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. I got the idea to feature a few new years resolutions at the beginning of the year and working out was one of the most popular resolutions. Yoga has become very popular over the past decade and the class at the studio was full. Close to 20 people filled the small studio and spent almost an hour and a half running through different poses as they worked out. Yoga uses breathing and stretching techniques to help add flexibility and strength to the body.
