Thousands of people attended this year’s Atlanta Street Food Festival at Piedmont Park in downtown Atlanta. The event showcased around 30 of the top Atlanta area food trucks and additionally brought awareness to this growing community that provides high end, quality food in a unique way. Hail Caesar, Viet-Nomie’s, Wonderlicious on Wheels, Texas Tacos, Ibiza Bites and Bento Bus were just some of this year’s participants. Attendees were also able to enjoy, despite the rain, a day full of high-quality, main-stage entertainment and experience a mix of local bands as well as drinks mixed by the crew at Bombay Saphire. The festival benefited the Atlanta Community Food Bank and raised $42,350 to buy groceries for needy families.
