For the last game of the regular season in Georgia high school football, the Marist War Eagles took on the Carver-Atlanta Panthers. Marist took control in the first quarter and never let go. The War Eagles ended the first half up by 10 points. Carver-Atlanta could only cross the end zone twice during the match up and Marist goes on to the state playoffs winning 34-14.
