November 9, 2013 Decatur – Steve Whiting (left) and his wife Beth wait in line to enter the Decatur Wine Festival as Yolanda Brown (right) gives them wristbands on Saturday, November 9, 2013. Attendees were able to sample close to 500 wines as well as food from local restaurants and live music. This year marks the 12th anniversary for the event, metro Atlanta’s largest outdoor wine festival. Proceeds benefit the Decatur Arts Alliance, which produces the Decatur Arts Festival and many other arts events, free to the community each year. JONATHAN PHILLIPS / SPECIAL
