Exploring a Plant Based Diet

For years I have pretty much eaten anything I wanted to. Of course that comes with some consequences so when I found the Exploring a Plant Based Diet class taught by Chef MJ Conboy at the Cook’s Warehouse in Marietta I was pretty stoked. Conboy selected a bunch of tasty, healthy vegetarian and vegan recipes to demonstrate to her sold out class and sent a bunch of others home with her students after the class was over with. The demo kitchen was soon filled with the scrumptious smells of organic ingredients paired with fresh herbs and spices. The three hour class went by surprising quickly as the chef explained the process for preparing each dish as her staff of volunteers plated and served each course for the students to taste. I am happy to have found some new recipes to add to my repertoire in my own battle to become healthier.
