January 19, 2014 Atlanta – Deacon Katharine Hilliard-Yntema holds up the Gospel during the Holy Eucharist service at Holy Comforter Church in East Atlanta on Sunday, January 19, 2014. MayC Brown and Alice Delaney participated in a blessing of their lifelong covenant together during the service. Last year, the Atlanta Diocese began performing same sex blessings.
