Who doesn’t like a good beer? After years of drinking, what can be considered cheaply, I have found the subtle nuances that makes a beer really great. There are plenty of choices, darks, ambers, IPAs, browns, whites, small batches, sessions, Octoberfests, flavored, hoppy, smooth. You name it and there is probably a few options you can choose from. I personally love dark beers. Stouts are even better in the winter time but I usually enjoy them no matter what season it is. In Atlanta and other places around the country there has been a push back as of late against the bigger, more established companies. Home brewers have left their kitchens, bathtubs and basements and gone professional, bringing their favorite recipes to the table for everyone to enjoy. Monday Night Brewing in Atlanta is another brewery that is relatively new to the metro area. With head brewer Adam Bishop at the helm, the four delicious choices that have come to be Monday Night’s staples have grown in popularity. The brewery also has a bunch of seasonal choices to compliment their selections but by far the Nitro Drafty Kilt is a personal favorite.
