A few years ago Suzi Sheffield had an amazing idea years in the making. Why not create flavor infused salts that taste amazing. And that is just what she did when she opened Beautiful Briny Sea. Tucked away behind the Highland Bakery in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, Sheffield and her partner Charlie Graham work tirelessly to come up with decadent flavors to pair with grains of salt, which actually act as a great vehicle to deliver the sinfully delicious morsels to your taste buds. I, myself, do not like salt. I’ve cut it from my diet years ago but having tried some of Suzi and Charlie’s concoctions I must say that I am a huge fan.
