So October marks a lot of things in Atlanta. Fall, college and professional football, Halloween (one of my favorite days of the year), festivals, and so much more. It also is the time of year when Pride comes to Atlanta and Sunday tens of thousands of people lined Peachtree and 10th streets to watch the annual Atlanta Pride Parade make its way through downtown and into Piedmont Park. The LGBT community around the metro area always puts on a good show for Pride and this year the parade lasted for more than two hours as different floats, groups and individuals marched.
