Science at Hand

Saturday, November 8, 2014

Ahhh science. Whether it’s biology, chemistry, physics or any of the other wonderful ways to discover and explain the world around me, science has always held a certain fascination. That’s why I was stoked to learn that the Fernbank Museum of Natural History was holding its annual Science at Hand day. Experiments and discoveries lay around every corner as different groups had set up stations around the main lobby of the museum. Children and adults were treated to demonstrations and hands on activities throughout the morning and early afternoon!
