So it is getting to that time of year where Thanksgiving is almost here. But who really likes Thanksgiving? Turkey Day is just a way to herald in the Christmas season. (that is supposed to be funny, I love Thanksgiving as well and this year I have a lot to be thankful for) There will be plenty of tree lightings all over Atlanta in the next few weeks but to get things started Six Flags Over Georgia has thrown their hat into the ring with 10 different themed sections of holiday lights throughout the theme park. This is the first time since 1990 that the park has decorated for the winter season. Besides the lights, the rides and rollercoasters are operating, you can visit with Santa Claus, take in a show, or just enjoy the lights. Get ready because I love Christmas. It’s my second favorite time of year outside of Halloween so there will be an onslaught of holiday related photos coming up!
