The tradition of going to the local mall to have a family photo taken with Santa Claus is a long one. Over the years the sets have changed and there seems to rarely be a time where lines stretched the length of the mall a la A Christmas Story or even memories of my childhood. My parents would get my sisters and I all dressed up and we would head to the mall to stand in line for what seemed like an eternity to talk to Santa and tell him what we wanted for Christmas. The tradition continues and Sunday I had the opportunity to go inside Town Center at Cobb in Kennesaw to capture some of these magic moments. The cool thing was that not only was Santa taking time to visit with children, both young and old, but also children of the four-legged and furry variety. Yes it seems that even pets need some face to face time with Old Saint Nick to hedge the bets that they will be getting a present or two under the tree this year.
