Kit Lewis moved into the general manager position at The Originial El Taco in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta three months ago making him the youngest GM at The Fifth Group. I first met Kit a few years ago while photographing the Atlanta Chef’s Expo. Kit was demonstrating the best way to make signature cocktails as he mixed up some homemade creations on stage in front of thousands of people. Kit has made his way from bartender to beverage manager all the way to GM of one of the most popular Mexican restaurants in the ViHi neighborhood.
