I headed to Decatur this month to check out the downtown corridor. There have been numerous projects under way that are changing the face of the quaint artist district that the city has become famous for. The Place on Ponce, the Alexan Decatur and Arlo, formerly known as Trinity Triangle are all in varying states of construction. The Place is closest to being completed followed by the Alexan with Arlo still in the skeletal stage. With the influx of housing right in the middle of town I for one am curious to see what changes this will bring to Decatur.
