I feel at this point you would have to be living in a cave with no phone, internet or cable to not know that the presidential campaign is well under way. Commercials to debates, interviews to sound bites and even…phone calls. And that is where Denise Ognio comes in.
A staunch supporter of Ted Cruz, Ognio is the coordinator of the statewide Cruz phone bank. She runs the bank from a small office in Fayetteville with the help of volunteers. Don’t be surprised if you get a call asking if you plan on voting for Cruz. That’s Denise doing her job. The phone bank kicked into high gear on Monday and will continue to make calls through the election process.
