Tom Tom

The Virginia Highlands may miss Noche but probably not for long. The space at the corner of N. Highland and Virginia has been taken over by Tom Tom. Announcing a return, chef Tom Catherall has revamped the cozy space and changed up the menu adding a bit of Spanish, a bit American, a bit Southern, and a bit Mexican.Dishes will reflect the rest of the neighborhood with eats between $4-$14 per plate. There will be weekly specials for two as well for around $20.

Definitely be on the look out for Catherall’s signature whole sizzling catfish. It’s a double edged sword for first dates. The presentation is jaw dropping but it may be a little hard to manage for first impressions.
