Jay Swift is bringing a taste of the Atlanta food scene outside of the perimeter. This week his newest endeavor, Noble Fin, opened its doors. But unlike 4th & Swift, the steak and seafood restaurant is OTP (outside the perimeter for those of you who do not live in the area). It’s off of Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners to be exact and it’s just what the doctor ordered for the still newly formed city.
Swift and his son Jeb Aldrich, who is saddling up to the chef de cuisine position at the restaurant, may have struck gold and will fill a gap in the slowly growing restaurant scene outside of the perimeter of Atlanta. Personally the two dishes pictured below are some of the best seafood I’ve had in a while. The scallop BLT is especially good, a deconstructed take on a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich.
