Decatur’s ARLO Mixed-Use Development

Every time I visit Decatur, it seems as if the city is changing. Buildings are being constructed all over the quaint place that holds some of the best festivals around Atlanta. Most of those buildings have to do with the expanding population and I got to take a closer look at the headway being made into ARLO, a mixed-use development off of Trinity.
