Park Center in Dunwoody State Farm’s New Regional Headquarters

About a year ago, Cooper Carry launched their Park Center office space giving State Farm Insurance enough room to open their regional hub. Now construction has begin on phase two of the project. Once complete, the tower will house as many as 8,000 employees within the 1.2 million square feet towers. Phase two will actually be two towers, the first rising 22 stories slated for completion in 2019 while the second tower will be 19 stories and should be complete by 2020. If Phase 1 is any indication, the two towers should be beautiful glass and steel structures that will be a nice addition to the Perimeter Center  area of Dunwoody.
