January 23, 2016 Cumming – A snow plow treats the access roads along GA400 in Cumming on Saturday, January 23, 2016. Freezing rain, sleet and snow fell through Friday evening around different parts of the metro area and below freezing temperatures kept the snow around through the morning hours and in to the afternoon on Saturday.
