Ever wonder how housing developers decide on what floor plans to use? Well it takes market research and homeowner opinions to make the perfect home and I got to tag along with just such a group at the Pulte Group’s Innovation Center in Norcross.
The Innovation Center is a large warehouse where fake walls can be made into what a house will look like. All it takes is a little imagination and some instructions from the focus group leaders.
