Today marks the first day of the boys state track finals, also known as the Georgia Olympics, at Memorial Stadium in Jefferson. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the event. Field events including the pole vault, triple jump, high jump, shot put and discus were on today’s agenda. Here are my favorite images photographed for the Gwinnett Daily Post.
