On May 24, 2011 The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department K-9 unit hosted the second day of a week long training seminar for K-9 handlers and their partners from law enforcement agencies around the state and South Carolina. The handlers and their K-9s performed different search scenarios at the Regency Inn & Suites next to the Georgia Gwinnett College campus in Lawrenceville. Nationally renowned trainers from Vohne Liche Kennels in Denver, Indiana and Alpine K9 in Phoenix, Arizona were on hand to provide additional support to the handlers and their partners during the seminar. These are my favorite images from today.
