All in a Days Work

I photographed a five acre farm owned by James Douglas Flowers and his family for the past 100 years off of Camp Creek Rd. in Lilburn for the Lilburn Patch newspaper on Thursday, July 21, 2011. The farm, which usually has close to 50 different vegetables growing in plots at any given time, is a hidden gem of the community because the only way to tell it’s there are three little white signs by the mailboxes on the roadway which passes by an inauspicious green house at the front of the property. These are my favorite images from the farm.
