Safari Camp

I photographed Safari Day Camp at Zoo Atlanta for the East Atlanta Patch newspaper on Tuesday, August 3, 2011. The camp, which runs from May 31 until August 12, can accommodate up to 150 children per week. Campers, from four years old through the eighth grade, get the opportunity to work on projects around the zoo, interact with the animals, create daily art projects and participate in educational activities. These are my favorite images from camp.
