I photographed the Brookwood Broncos take on the Parkview Panthers during a weekly football match up for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Friday, October 21, 2011. For the first half Parkview kept Brookwood at bay leading 6-3. At the end of the third quarter Brookwood finally connected taking the lead 10-6. The two teams really decided to battle it out in the fourth quarter. Parkview scored on a long touchdown pass followed with another touchdown by Brookwood. The Panthers answered that with another touchdown but Brookwood put the final nail in the coffin with a kickoff return by Nick Tompkins to score with 15 seconds left in the game. Final score 23-19.
