I photographed a fishing derby in Alpharetta for the Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau on Saturday, June 9, 2012. The derby was held at a small lake off of Brookside Parkway for children ages four to 12. Prizes were given for the longest fish in each of three age categories. Nearly 80 children and their families came out to catch catfish and brim.
