Siyeh Glass Studio

Tadashi Torri has been blowing glass for the past 20 years.  Torri recently moved to North Carolina but comes back numerous times a month to teach his art at Siyeh Glass Studio in Atlanta. Brenda Griffith opened the East Lake neighborhood studio in 2008. Torri prefers the furnace method of glassblowing which is different from the previous two posts involving gas torches. I photographed Tadashi Torri as he taught a class at the studio for a Three of a Kind photo feature for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
