Dunwoody Holiday Festival

Saturday, November 10, 2012

Thousands of people visited the Dunwoody United Methodist Church on Saturday for their 21st annual Holiday Festival. More than 100 artists peddled their wares during the weekend long event. All of the proceeds from the festival will support the building of Dunwoody UMC’s 22nd Habitat House in the spring. The festival featured unique holiday gifts, delicious casseroles-to-go, a gourmet shop, attic treasures, photos with Santa, the “Book Nook,” a silent auction, “Kids Zone” activities and pony rides.  I photographed the festival for a weekend roundup photo feature for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
