Thursday evening I braved the rain and headed to Buckhead for the Winnie Couture 2013 Launch Party. Although the rain kept some soon to be brides from attending the small dress boutique was filled with brides and their entourages as well as models sporting the latest dresses from the famous designer. Local businesses featured a DJ, a cake maker, candy experts and two other photographers besides myself. Mimosas were served as well as sample cupcakes and candy as people browsed the dresses and watched the new designs come onto the floor. It was pretty spectacular.
