This year marked the Atlanta Humane Society’s 23rd annual Pet Parade. Hundreds of pets and their owners came out to Atlantic Station in downtown Atlanta for the largest fundraiser of the year for the non profit organization. Guests were treated to entertainment such as live music, informational booths giving away free bandanas, water bowls and other treats for their four legged friends, and contests. Lots and lots of contests. Best Costume, Fastest Eater and Best Trick were just some of the categories. As the parade began, the animals and their owners began to walk behind a pace car along a predetermined route throughout the shopping mall and the surrounding area. The Atlanta Humane Society spends an average of $300 per animal it saves to find it a good and loving home.
Hundreds of pets and their owners participated in the parade which helps generate awareness in the community and support fundraising for animal shelters. On average, it costs the Atlanta Humane Society approximately $300 to find a home for the each animal in their care.

How are you able to do the work of documenting the event in pictures and then all get the participants’ names after the fact?
Also, how did you develop that Dutch angle style that you seem to employ in all your photographs?
