Food trucks have exploded onto the Atlanta food scene over the past year or so and the Happy Belly team, led by Terry and Dawn Hall, have made great farm-to-table offerings and headway into the business. Only one year old, Happy Belly has already expanded to three trucks that serve Atlanta and the surrounding communities. To give you an idea from April to December of 2012 their trucks served close to 72,000 people. On Tuesday, Happy Belly had one of their trucks at the Smyrna Food Truck Tuesdays at Taylor-Brawner Park. Families and couples came out in droves to experience street vendor food with a twist from the numerous trucks that were serving delicious food. The longest lines however were stacked in front of the bright green truck parked near the rear of the event.
