October 12, 2013 Atlanta – Jeff Blankenship (right) gives Jessica DeLoach a kiss on her cheek during Parktoberfest at Whittier Mill Park in Atlanta on Saturday, October 12, 2013. In its ninth year, Parktoberfest helps raise money for improvements to the historic park. Activities included live music, a children’s area with games, a silent auction, beer, bocce and food.
