MayC Brown and her partner Alice Delaney proudly stood up in front of the congregation of Holy Comforter Church to undergo the Blessing of the Lifelong Covenant last month. Although it is not a formal wedding ceremony, the blessing signifies the couple’s lifelong commitment to one another. The sanctuary was filled to the brim with friends, family and well wishers as they watched MayC and Alice exchange rings and vows. It was a moving moment as the pair held hands and stepped up to the altar.
