April 12, 2014 Atlanta – Kristy Hoefler ( left) and her nephew Phoenix Allen walk past numerous food and artists’ booths during the 78th Annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival at Piedmont Park on Saturday, April 12, 2014. Tens of thousands of people came to the three day festival to peruse the more than 250 artists from across the country, listen to live music, play games, ride carnival type rides and much more.
