I think I’ve said this before but as a child I loved building things with LEGOs. Creating something cool with the colorful plastic blocks was always challenging and fun. So I was stoked to get to go to the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Atlanta’s Brick Factor Competition at the Mandarin Oriental building in Buckhead on Sunday! The competition pitted nine artists against one another to be named the seventh LEGO Master Builder in the United States. The competitors were given an hour to create a sculpture with the theme iconic holiday movies. At the end judges, both children and adults, scored the participants on what they built, how they interacted with the judges and how they educated them during the process. At the end of the day, Aries Viera was crowned with the title and will become the seventh Master Builder in the country!
