To start off the new year full of new beginnings I headed down to Atlanta to see how much of a mess was made the night before during the Peach Drop 2015 at Underground Atlanta. To say that the city takes their messes seriously is an understatement. Although there was some confetti left on the ground there were only a few folks getting the last of the trash up and getting the shopping center whipped back into shape. A few hundred thousand people were estimated in the downtown area on New Years Eve to watch the peach drop and ring in the new year with drinks, music, and of course fireworks. While walking around I went to the top level of one of the parking decks surrounding Underground, one which they actually shot off the fireworks from, to get some fun cityscapes as well.
