So I may have gotten a little off track. Yesterday’s post about the Avenue of the Giants should have gone up today. Why you ask? Because I wasn’t paying attention too closely when looking at the map. I had thought that the forest I was looking for was more north than it actually is and so at first I headed up the northern California coastline enjoying the Pacific Ocean and the view. Realizing my mistake very late in the day I headed back south but not before getting to dip my feet in the ocean and seeing these amazing views of Camel Rock and Houda Point and a lone surfer trying to catch some waves near Trinidad.
