The historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta has been up and coming the past few years. The Atlanta Beltline and the attached O4W Park, that includes a skate park and enough space to hold numerous festivals, is just one of the highlights that has brought restaurants into the area.
Venkman’s is right off of Ralph McGill Blvd. where executive chef Nick Melvin takes a creative approach to fine dining using family recipes to create classic comfort food. Venkman’s also has a hand built stage and soundboard bringing musical acts to the restaurant every night of the week. The restaurant is owned by three partners who (and I really love this idea) have taken personal items that have significance to each of them and displayed them in frames above the booths along the back wall. There are two bars, plenty of seating and a semi private dining room that can seat a large group while still getting a good view of the stage!

Personal items that have significant meaning to the three owners of Venkman’s line the back wall of the restaurant.
