There was no better way to start a Saturday than to geek out and check out some of Atlanta’s best and brightest and their latest inventions. The Atlanta Maker Faire came to Decatur as hundreds of people braved the rain to come and see inventors, tinkerers and makers of all kinds as they displayed their latest works. This includes solar powered race cars, remote submarines, a giant homemade Simon game, ultraviolet planters, Google Cardboard, rocket ships, catapults and so much more.
