Monday morning started with a short trip down to Buckhead near Lenox Mall. I was meeting Johanes Yoharry, Katana’s executive chef and saki sommelier, to grab a quick portrait before heading further into the city to take photos of Cakes & Ale’s new concept Bread & Butterfly.
