The circus is in town for the month of February. But not just any circus, the UniverSoul Circus. UniverSoul pulls acts from across the globe and for the past 23 years has been entertaining families with a special blend of circus arts, theater and music.
Wednesday was opening night for the circus and so the house was packed with people including a small red carpet event before the show featuring local Atlanta celebrities such as Sheyonna from “She’s Got Game”, 107.9 deejay Reec Swiney, comedian Doo Doo Brown and more.
Shortly after 7 the show began with acts from China, Trinidad, Columbia, Ethiopia and more. Chain Reaction, the African Dream Team, the Olate Dogs and the Pink Panther Magic Act were just a few of the performances that entertained the large crowd underneath the Big Top.
