Shanna Mayo is a cocktail goddess. She has the experience, working at The Luminary, Victory Sandwich Bar, S.O.S. Tiki Bar and Leon’s Full Service. Now Mayo is in charge over at Amer, the bitters bar off of N. Highland, a stone’s throw away from BeetleCat and Barcelona Wine Bar in Inman Park.
